National Fellowship in Palliative Medicine (NFPM) 2023 - 2024
(in collaboration with Christian Medical Association of India)

The maximum seats available in a year for NFPM program is 25.

• Eligibility:  The applicants should hold an MBBS/BDS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India and have completed 1-year internship.
• Course Fee:  Rs. 40,000/-

Instructions for filling in the application form

1. Candidates are required to fill in the application form in Block letters.

2. Incomplete or illegible application forms will not be considered.

3. Candidates are required to give complete postal address and e-mail IDs for correspondence

4. Applications will not be considered complete unless they are accompanied by
a) Statement of purpose;
b) Academic/Professional reference;
c) DD/NEFT receipt of application fee;
d) Self attested professional documents
 Statement of purpose - a brief statement on why you wish to pursue this training programme and how you would use the training (maximum of 300 words).
 Academic/Professional reference- A reference letter from your Director/Head of the department stating that you have been granted permission in pursuing this fellowship

5. Two Passport size recent colour photographs. One photograph to be affixed in the space given in the application. Another one to be sent along with supporting documents as image file The scanned copy of completed application and supporting documents should be sent to: ipm.fellowshipadmissions@gmail.com An acknowledgement email will be sent from the academic team once the application has been successfully submitted.

• Eligibility:  The applicants should have minimum qualification of General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) Diploma or BSc Nursing degree recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
